Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe is a French actor from France. Her most well-known role is her character Bond villain Severine in Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. She has played in the French comedy Un joy n'arrive never alone with Sophie Marceau although not appearing in the credits. She is also the Brand Ambassador for Omega Watches. Berenice was born May 19 1979 in Paris France. She is born of French Chinese origin and Cambodian origin. Born into a middle class French-speaking family, Berenice was raised by a Chinese father and an Cambodian mother. She was educated by her mother while her father was medical doctor. When she was a kid in Paris she fell in love with art and spend much of her youth playing the piano and painting images. Paint and music were an obsession of hers and they influenced her to go after her passion and pursue a career. Jack Waltzer's workshop is the spark that ignited her professional career. she was enthralled by acting and it became a new passion for her. After this, she finished her 10 years of study at the world-renowned Paris Conservatory. Once out of school she started auditioning for roles in films and swiftly got her first film role The Discordance in 2007. In the beginning of her career, she failed to land roles that would help her develop the desired character. His appearance in the film industry had a significant impact on the industry. A majority of the filmmakers and film companies that she approached were uninterested due to her inexperience.
